Melting scrap prices gained by up to INR 100-800/t across the major Indian scrap markets. Most of the buyers have raised their bids following hike in semi-finished and finished steel while a few of them turned cautious and are procuring required quantities rather than going for bulk purchases due to tight availability, trade sources reported to SteelMint.
