Melting scrap prices observed minor fluctuations by INR 100-400/t in most of the regions following the semi-finished price trend and limited trade activities in finished long steel. Scrap price may see minor corrections in the near-term specifically in the Alang market whereas, in the Southern region, it may remain range-bound, trade participants reported to SteelMint.
