Ship-breaking melting scrap prices in Alang, Gujarat, remained unchanged on 25 Oct’25. According to BigMint’s assessment, HMS (80:20) was priced at INR 29,800/t ($339) ex-yard. The regional market continued to move at a slow but steady pace, as most steel mills in Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar stayed largely inactive. In response, scrap suppliers maintained current offers, keeping prices stable for the day.
