In Gujarat’s Alang market shipbreaking melting scrap prices remain stable today, as per SteelMint assessment. HMS (80:20) prices are assessed at INR 40,500/t exy. Limited trades were observed in semis and finished steel during the last trading session. Active buying inquiries for scrap in the region prompted suppliers to keep offers stable today.
