Ferrous scrap prices varied across regional markets today, as per Steelmint reports. Prices increased by INR 500/t in markets in the western region, particularly Alang, on account of tight availability. On the other hand, prices declined along more or less similar levels at other locations following a correction in steel prices, sources informed.
