India: Medium-carbon silico manganese prices unchanged as buyers remain on the sidelines

Prices of medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) in India were assessed at INR 82,900/t ($917/t) on 18 December, unchanged w-o-w. Cautious buying interest, limited bulk transactions, and a balanced domestic supply-demand environment supported price stability. Offers were reported in the INR 82,500–83,500/t ($912–923/t) range, with around 250 t concluded at approximately INR 83,000/t ($918/t).
