Medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) prices in India dipped by INR 300/t w-o-w to INR 83,800/t ($964/t) exw-Durgapur as of 21 Aug’25. Prices dropped due to subdued export demand, need-based domestic buying, and competitive regional offers, despite stable steel tags. Offers ranged between INR 83,500-84,000/t ($960-966/t), with a deal concluded for 60 t.
