Prices of medium-carbon silico manganese (Mn 53%, Si 20%, C max 0.5%) in India fell INR 100/t ($1/t) w-o-w, settling at INR 82,900/t ($921/t) on 11 Dec. The domestic market maintained a cautious stance, with limited bulk transactions taking place. Price offers were reported in the range of INR 81,000-84,000/t ($900-934/t), while deals of approximately 2,210 t was finalised within the INR 81,000-83,000/t ($900-$922/t) range.
