India: Maruti Suzuki’s net profit jumps to INR 1,941 cr in Q3 FY ’21

India’s biggest car maker, Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL), has reported 24% rise in its net profit at INR 1,941 cr for Q3 FY ’21, led by 13.5% jump in its sales. Total revenue in Q3 was registered at INR 234,578 cr, up 13% y-o-y against INR 207,068 cr in the Q3 FY ’20. The company sold total 495,897 vehicles in the last quarter, higher by 13.4% y-o-y with domestic sales at 467,369 units and exports at 28,528 units.
