India’s major original equipment supplier, Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M), conducted auctions on 24 Nov’22 for around 2,300 t of coated and non-coated press shop punching scrap from different locations — Pune & Nashik-Maharashtra. From Pune-based unit’s auction, JBM Auto booked 1800 t of material at INR 34,000/t exw, and from Nashik plant around 500 t of same grade material was sold at INR 35,600/t exw.
