L&T Construction has bagged a contract from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited for design and construction of the underground metro project Phase-1 in Patna. The project includes a 6 km-long twin tunnel, a cut and cover tunnel, an underground ramp at Rajendra Nagar and six underground metro stations along with other associated structures. The project is scheduled to be completed within 42 months.
