HR strip (patra) prices decreased by INR 600/t in Mandi Gobindgarh and INR 400/t in Raipur on 5 Apr’22 on dull domestic demand. Current offers for base grade patra (148-200 mm, 2mm thick) are assessed at INR 62,000/t exw Mandi and INR 61,500/t exw Raipur. SteelMint reported patra prices in Raipur at INR 61,000/t and at INR 62,600/t in Mandi last week. Prices exclude GST.
