Raipur-based steel wire rods manufacturers observed subdued buying enquiries in today’s trading session. With decline in steel billets prices specifically in northern and central region, buyers were prompted to resist actively procuring the material. Only 700 t of deals were recorded by some resellers at INR 47,500-47,600/t exw, and in Durgapur market around 1,000 t of deals at INR 47,800-48,000/t exw.
