KSMCL has scheduled an auction for 216,000 t of iron ore. This includes 172,000 t of fines (Fe 61.49-63.22%) and 44,000 t of lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 62.02-62.55%). The auction will be held in Bellary, Karnataka on 5 Sept’24. In its previous auction on 28 Aug, 16,000 t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 64.13%) were booked at INR 4,544-4,564/t. 68,000 t fines (Fe 63.06-63.22%) were booked at INR 4,190-4,200/t (excluding royalty, DMF and NMET).
