Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd – India’s leading castings and pig iron manufacturer – recorded 48% q-o-q rise in pig iron sales volume in Q2FY23, as per the company press release. The rise in sales was the result of an increase in production with the resumption of the company’s mini blast furnace no.2 in end-June.
