India: KIOCL invites Bid for Purchase of 50,000 MT Iron Ore Fines

KIOCL invites tender for purchase of Iron ore fines on FoB basis.

KIOCL, formerly known as Kudremukh Iron Ore Company, is inviting bid from reputed mining companies/traders/stockiest for supply of Iron ore fines (indigenous) to its Pellet plant at Mangalore (Karnataka).

Materials should be loaded on vessel basis after transporting Iron ore fines by road from mines to any port in India.

Bidding process will be based on Online Reverse Auction.

General Conditions

  • Quoted price should be including all taxes and statutory levies as applicable and freight charges, except CST/VAT
  • Supply of Iron ore fines by rakes is strictly not permitted

 Specifications

  • Fe: 63%
  • SiO2 + Al2O3: 7% max
  • Moisture: 5% max
  • Size: (-) 10 mm

Quantity: 50,000 MT ± 10 %

Delivery

Iron ore fines from mines should be transported by road only to the Plot owned by the successful bidder. Subsequently,  Iron ore fines have to be loaded by the successful bidder on to the vessel at the designated load Port in India.

Discharge Port: New Mangalore port
