State-owned KIOCL has floated a tender for 50,000 t of pellets (Fe64%, 7% SiO2+Al2O3). The tender is open from 14.00 hrs. IST on 1 March 2023 to 14.00 hrs. IST on 2 March 2023, and it is only open to KIOCL’s empanelled customers. A few of the tenders were also floated for the domestic market. KIOCL operates a 3.5 mnt/year pellets plant in Mangalore, Karnataka.
