KEC International has announced new orders totalling INR 1,034 crore across its transmission and distribution, civil, and cables segments. Notably, the company is enhancing its copper wire production capabilities, with a manufacturing capacity of 3,240 mtpa for contact wire cables and 6 lakh fibre kilometres for copper telecom cables. These expansions align with KEC’s strategic focus on high-growth sectors.
