India: Karnataka to auction around 60,000 t of iron ore

Around 60,000 t of iron ore will be auctioned from Karnataka.

• Vedanta: 12,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 51.5-53%) from its A. Narrain Mines on 23 Nov’24.
• NMDC Donimalai: 36,000-t fines (Fe 59%) and 12,000-t lumps (10-40 mm, Fe 59%) on 26 Nov’24.

Prices are yet to be declared by the companies. Vedanta’s prices will exclude taxes, while NMDC’s will include them.
