India: Karnataka miners set to auction over 30,000 t of iron ore

Karnataka-based miners have scheduled auctions for 32,395 t of iron ore.

• U Krishna Prasad: 12,395 t iron ore fines (Fe 61.63-65.4%) at floor price of INR 4,890-6,780/t on 8 Aug.
• Vedanta: 20,000 t iron ore lumps (Fe 50.9-53.5%) on 8 Aug.

U Krishna Prasad’s prices include royalty, DMF, and NMET whereas Vedanta’s prices are excluding all these charges.
