MSTC-Karnataka conducted an e-auction for 18,144 t of different grades of manganese ore (Mn 20-34%) on behalf of Sandur Mines (SMIORE) on 26 Aug’21. Around 11 bidders participated in the auction and booked 14,616 t at a price which was 9.41% higher than the floor price. The auction received moderately good response due to recovering demand for manganese alloys.
