JSW Steel has requested flexibility of time to complete acquisition of Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd (BSPL), according to reports. The company sought time till 31 Mar’21 for the implementation of INR 19,700 crore resolution plan due to ‘dislocation of financial markets’ caused by pandemic.
