India: JSW Steel hikes coated flat steel prices by INR 1,000/t ($12/t) for early-March sales

JSW Steel has announced a hike of INR 1,000/t ($12/t) in coated flat steel products with effect from today, sources informed SteelMint. Effective prices:

• GP (0.8mm, 80gsm): INR 73,300/t ($888/t)
• PPGI (0.5mm, 90gsm): INR 83,550/t ($1,012/t)
• Prices are basic, exy-Mumbai and excluding 18% GST.
