Indian steel major, JSW is reported to have concluded buying of High-grade steel plate and Coil business of Welspun. The deal was concluded at around INR 848.50 crore. SteelMint learnt from media sources. Also, as a part of transaction JSW is planning to buy a parcel of land w.r.t PCMD business from Welspun Steel worth INR 1.50 crore. The payment for the same shall be made on deferred basis.
