JSW Steel Limited, one of the country's largest flat steel manufacturer has reported its quarterly steel production for flat products at 2.23 million tons for Q1 FY'14 an increase in the production by 39% compared to the production in same period last year at its three manufacturing locations viz. Vijayanagar, Salem and Dolvi all together.
JSW, which is involved in the production of flat steel and long products has reported a production of 2.23 million tons in Q1 of the current fiscal compared to 1.61 million tons of flat steel production in same period last year.
On the other side long rolled products has witnessed a growth of 4% compared to the production in same period last year. Production of long rolled products stands at 0.45 million tons in Q1 of the current fiscal.
