India: JSW Cement’s sales volumes rise 15% y-o-y in Q1FY’27

JSW Cement’s total sales volumes of cement and clinker rose 15% y-o-y to 3.81 mnt in Q1FY27, led by a 27% increase in cement volumes to 2.34 mnt. Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag (GGBS) volumes grew 3% to 1.33 mnt. The Nagaur integrated unit in Rajasthan commenced sales in April, achieving 55% average utilisation during the quarter. The company also added 56 MW of wind capacity, taking renewable capacity to 112 MW.
