JSW Cement plans to merge Shiva Cement into its operations, creating a unified cement platform. The move is expected to strengthen backward integration and improve coordination across its clinker and grinding network. The combined operations will have 24.10 mnt/year grinding capacity and 9.74 mnt/year clinker capacity, spanning plants across seven Indian states. The transaction is expected to conclude within 12-14 months, subject to approvals.
