Steel major JSPL has reported the best ever sales of 2.08 mnt in Q4FY’22, up 14% compared to 1.82 mnt in Q3FY’22. Steel sales rose 5% y-o-y to 7.64 mnt in FY’22 from 7.28 mnt in FY’21. Improved demand in the overseas markets led to the increase in share of exports at 29% of total sales in Q4 from 23% in Q3.
