India: JSPL increases long steel prices by INR 1,000/t ($12/t)

Jindal Steel and Power Ltd (JSPL) has increased list prices of long steel products by INR 1,000/t ($12/t), sources informed SteelMint. Post-revision, effective prices stand at-

  • Rebars (12-32mm, IS1786): INR 52,500-53,000/t ($632-638/t)
  • Wire rods (5.5-6mm, SAE1008): INR 54,000/t ($650/t)
  • Prices are landed Delhi basis, excluding GST at 18%.
