Steel major Jindal Steel and Power Ltd. (JSPL) has raised rebar prices further by INR 1,000/t ($13/t) for end-Jan’22 sales, sources informed SteelMint. The effective price from today is INR 57,500-58,000/t ($771-777/t), delivered Delhi basis excluding GST at 18%.
The price hike comes on the back of raw materials cost push and improved sales in the domestic market.
