Indian integrated steel major, JSPL, has concluded a 30,000 t billet export deal to China for Aug’21 shipment, as per SteelMint reports. The material to be delivered is of modified high-manganese grade for 150mm of steel billets. SteelMint heard that the deal was concluded at $700-705/t CFR China. JSPL’s exports sales comprised around 35% of the steelmaker’s total steel sales in FY’21.
