Odisha-based Jindal India Thermal Power Ltd. (JITPL) floated a purchase tender for 50,000 t of imported coal for its 1,200 MW power plant in a two-part bidding process: techno-commercial and price bids. It involves supply of low-to high-CV non-coking coal grades in the range of 3,800-5,800 kcal/kg on FOR plant basis. The due date for the bid submission is 29 May’22.
