Jindal Stainless Ltd (JSL) plans to invest INR 40,000 crore in Maharashtra to set up a stainless steel manufacturing facility, as per PTI reports. The proposed facility will have a melting capacity of 4 mnt per annum and will be constructed in phases, with the first phase expected to be operational in the next four years. The facility will cater to industries like hydrogen, defence, and infrastructure.
