India: Jharkhand mills conclude over 7,000 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills sold around 2,200 t of billets at a price range of INR 48,100-48,300/t exw-Ramgarh.
Around 3,150 t of P-DRI and 1,700 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 33,100-33,300/t and INR 35,100-35,300/t exw-Ramgarh respectively.
The market witnessed frequent price fluctuations. Trade activities improved slightly but demand continued to remain subdued.
