India: Jharkhand mills conclude over 6,000-t billet, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills sold 2,500 tonnes of billets at a price range of INR 47,600-47,800/t exw-Ramgarh.
2,500 t of P-DRI and 1,400 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 31,800-32,000/t and INR 34,000-34,200/t exw-Ramgarh, respectively.
Spot trade seemed to have recovered a bit on slightly improved demand. However, market participants are still in dilemma due to uncertainty in the market.
