India: Jharkhand mills conclude 5,700 t billets, sponge iron deals

Jharkhand-based steel mills concluded 2,200 t of billets deals in a price range of INR 43,300-43,500/t exw Ramgarh.
2,200 t of P-DRI and 1,300 t of C-DRI (FeM 78%) deals were confirmed at INR 29,200-29,500/t, and INR 31,800-32,000/t exw Ramgarh, respectively.
Market remained range-bound and offers from sellers were almost stable. However, average trades were noticed in the region. On the other hand, buyers are still on wait-and-watch mode.
