Around 1,500 t of billets were sold at INR 47,000-47,300/t by Ramgarh, Jharkhand-based manufacturers on ex-plant basis on 25 Oct’21.
Sponge PDRI deals were concluded at INR 33,200-33,300/t for around 1,000 t for local and nearby regions.
Deals accelerated in the first half, with sellers increasing offers on active buying. However, the market softened towards the latter half of the day.
