India: Jamshedpur pellet prices drop in recent deal

Iron ore pellet prices in Jamshedpur have decreased by INR 500/t in a recent deal due to low demand.

• SteelMint’s current assessment for Jamshedpur pellet (Fe 63%) stands at INR 14,000/t, down by INR 500/t against the previous assessment.
• Recently around 10,000 t of pellets were sold at INR 13,800-14,000/t exw.
