India: Jalna based major re-rollers increase rebar offer by INR 900/t ($12)

Kalika Steel (Kalika TMT) and Bhagyalaxmi rolling mill (Polaad TMT) – the major rolling mills in Jalna, Western India have increased rebar offer by INR 900/t d-o-d. Current offer for 10-25 mm rebar now stands at INR 43,800-44,000/t exw respectively, sources shared with SteelMint. Good order bookings in hand for the next couple of weeks led to this price hike.
