Prices of iron ore concentrates in Madhya Pradesh’s Jabalpur have fallen by INR 200/t, w-o-w. SteelMint’s assessment for Fe 63% concentrates stands at INR 4,650/t exw. A deal for 20,000 t was heard by SteelMint at INR 4,500/t exw. Domestic iron ore fines prices have come under pressure amid limited deals and auctioned leases evacuating inventories which, in turn, have lowered offers for concentrates.
