Iron ore concentrate offers in Jabalpur, central India increased following the NMDC price hike and due to tight availability amid the ongoing monsoon season. SteelMint’s index for Fe 63% concentrate prices currently stands at around INR 3,100/tonne (t) exw, up by INR 200/t as against the last assessment on 10 August. However, no deals were recorded in this publishing window.
