ndian Rare Earths Limited (IREL) has invited a tender for purchase of 8,000 MT coal by rail transport for its Monazite processing plant installed at the OSCOM unit of IREL, Matikhalo, Odisha.
The scope of supply includes and not limited to procurement, testing, inspection, sample analysis for quality and quantity of 8,000 MT on FOR Destination basis by rakes.
Maximum +/- 10% quantity tolerance shall be allowed and payment for that differential quantity shall be made at the time of final payment considering the quantity received and based on the unit rates agreed by IREL
Specification:
Total moisture (as received): 15% max
Ash content (air dried basis): 50% max
GCV: 2,800 to 3,400 kcal/kg
Volatile matter: 28% max
Fixed carbon: 22% min
Size: 0-150 mm
Eligibility criteria:
Bidder must have supplied minimum 4,000 MT of coal with GCV 2,800 to 3,400 kcal/kg within one year period during last three years.
Average financial turn over of the bidder during last three financial years shall not be less than 1.3 crores.
Tender schedule (IST):
The last date of bid submission and techno-commercial opening are scheduled on same day i.e. 12 Feb’19 at 14:00 hrs and 14:30 hrs respectively.
