India: INR 5.8 cr aluminium die casting facility coming up in Coimbatore

The Tamil Nadu Small Industries Development Corporation is planning to establish a common facility centre (CFC) for aluminium high-pressure die casting at Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore, at an estimated cost of INR 5.8 crore, Steelmint learnt from sources. The facility will have a hydraulic die casting machine, trimming press and electrical furnace. The detailed project report of the cluster was recently sent to the state government for approval
