Portside prices of South African thermal coal remained stable w-o-w, as per BigMint’s assessment. RB2 (5500 NAR) and RB3 (4800 NAR) prices were assessed at INR 9,500/t and INR 7,600/t ex-Gangavaram, respectively. A deal of 7,000-t RB3 was heard concluded at INR 7,700/t ex-Gopalpur, with the seller’s offer reportedly higher than prevailing levels.
