Prices of pet coke (S6.5) are in the range of $110-111/t, CFR west coast of India, edging down w-o-w. Due to the ongoing general elections, domestic consumption has slowed down somewhat. However, with elections concluding by early June, the demand for pet coke is expected to increase as construction activity intensifies ahead of the monsoon.
