India’s imported aluminium scrap prices decreased w-o-w, influenced by declining LME tags. BigMint’s assessment of US-origin Tense scrap dropped by $20/t to $1,910/t, while UK-sourced Wheels declined by $10/t to $2,410/t, both CFR India’s west coast. Trade was sluggish due to bid-offer disparities, with some grades trading at a premium over LME levels. At the time of reporting, LME aluminium stood at $2,378/t.
