IFFCO’s Paradeep unit conducted an auction for 1,000 t of MS scrap (700 t of HMS and 300 t of MS pipe) on 9 Mar’23. According to sources, the entire material got booked. HMS was booked at INR 38,500/t exw and MS pipe scrap was sold at INR 41,600 t exw. IFFCO-Paradeep regularly conducts scrap auctions of different grades from time to time.
