IF rebar prices remained volatile across markets on 29 Oct’21. Improving semi-finished steel prices in north and central India saw rebar prices increasing by INR 100-600/t in these regions. However, in a few markets in west and south India prices fell up to INR 300/t, owing to lack of buying enquiries. Demand and trade activities remained muted in major markets, sources reported.
