Induction furnace TMT prices remained volatile on a d-o-d basis across regions today, as per SteelMint reports. Although demand and trading remained subdued, a marginal rise in the cost of raw materials (sponge iron and billet) in a few markets urged TMT manufacturers to either keep offers stable or make slight adjustments in prices. Prices in the near term are expected to fluctuate depending on semi-finished steel prices, sources said.
