Secondary rebar (via mid-sized mills) prices fell marginally by INR 200-300/t d-o-d, as per SteelMint assessment. However, in most of the major markets, manufacturers kept their offers stable but bearish sentiments and fluctuation in semi-finished steel prices prevented traders from booking a hefty volume. Also, due to weak buying inquiries and limited booking orders, manufacturers had to offer trade discounts as per the market requirement.
